Website Redesign for a Local Catering Brand

In an era where holistic well-being takes center stage, Bovisaj Face Yoga Studio set out to elevate its digital presence. With new instructors, expanded offerings tailored to different skill levels, and a redefined luxury brand identity, the studio needed a website that could keep pace with its growth while delivering a more immersive, user-centered experience.

With strict timelines in place, I began with a comprehensive UX audit to identify experience gaps and usability issues. From there, I focused on solving high-priority problems efficiently—validating key assumptions, revising architecture, and aligning with brand goals at every step.

problem

Disorganized experience was limiting conversions and growth.

The original website for Bovisaj Face Yoga didn’t support the studio’s growth or reflect its elevated brand positioning. Users struggled to understand the value of the offerings, navigate the course structure, and complete actions without friction leading to missed opportunities for engagement and conversion.

The site lacked clarity around course levels, pricing, and benefits, making it difficult for users to commit.

The outdated visual design didn’t align with the brand’s new luxurious and wellness-focused identity.

Users were forced to leave the site to purchase courses, disrupting the experience and reducing trust.

I crafted a primary persona that captures the motivations and frustrations of users drawn to face yoga people who value self-care and transformation, but want flexibility, transparency, and a clear path to progress.

The new IA ensures that users can discover and purchase the right course quickly. Key updates included persistent pathways to the courses page, embedded reviews to build trust, transparent pricing, and clear CTAs throughout the journey.

Working with a freelance brand designer, we refined the visual language to communicate sophistication and wellness positioning the brand as a premium yet grounded offering in the wellness space.

The redesigned website introduces a comprehensive courses page to replace the old pricing model, highlighting course levels, value, and benefits. Supporting this are added testimonials, an FAQ, and transparent pricing. I also redesigned core pages (home, about, contact) and introduced new ones (press, monthly challenge) to create a fuller brand experience.
